We design and manufacture a wide range of trolleys, bogeys and movable A-frames to satisfy a variety of applications for our customers. The A-frame trolley has been a great success throughout the window industry. It saves time in production and in the ease of loading and unloading vehicles.
Our Certified A-Frames can be supplied up-to 6 meters long x 3 meters wide (SWL 5.3 ton)
We manufacture many sizes of lifting A-Frames, our standards sizes that we manufacture & stock are ; 2400 mm (L) x 1200 mm (W) x 1800 mm (H off the shelf) 2400 mm (L) x 1650 mm (W) x 1800 mm (H off the shelf) all certified to 2500Kg lifting capacity.
We also manufacture & stock the same sizes but in 3000 mm in length.
Although we can manufacture any height you require.
We also offer lifting frames on a much larger scale, with a 4000Kg lifting capacity. The largest being 6000 mm (L) x 1200 mm (W) x 3000 mm (H off the shelf)
If there was a need to go bigger than this, we would be able to meet your requirements.
Our standard trolleys we manufacture & stock are ; 1800 mm (L) x 1110 mm (W) with 3 choices in height, that being; 1250 mm, 1550 mm, 1750 mm (H off the shelf)forkliftable and craneable, certified to either 1050Kg or 1800Kg.
Although we can manufacture any height or length to require your needs.

Stillages direct are able to produce a full range of A frames, which can be used across a range of sectors including agriculture, automotive, transport and logistics for instance. This includes designing and producing irregularly shaped or sized products. Our workshop is equipped with full welding and metal working facilities, as well as high-specification design technology including CAD ability. In addition, we can also carry out custom or bespoke design for materials handling equipment – for instance glass handling or storage solutions.
Miscellaneous stillages, bins and cages cover a wide range of potential uses and materials – although metal is the one we use most commonly. At Stillages Direct we appreciate that often an ‘off-the-shelf’ stillage or cage isn’t designed for the specific role required, or does not have the specification necessary for a particular application (such as galvanisation for instance).
